Hello! My name is Jess, I was born and raised in Mt. Washington, KY. For multiple years, I have been a dedicated team member at Zachary Hernan State Farm. In my current role, I have the unique opportunity to both service our customers’ needs and meet with them in person to review their current policies. One of my greatest passions is connecting with people and building meaningful relationships. I believe that understanding our customers' unique needs is the cornerstone of providing customized protection plans to insure what matters most. My goal is to ensure that each person I work with feels secure and confident in their insurance choices, knowing they are well-protected.

I grew up in a small town in Indiana and later moved to Louisville to attend the University of Louisville, where I earned my degree in Communication. I am an Account Manager with Zachary Hernan State Farm. I began my journey with State Farm in 2017, driven by a strong desire to help people. Over the years, I have developed a particular passion for life insurance, finding great fulfillment in assisting people to protect what matters most to them.

Outside of work, my fiancé and I love to explore new places and savor the culinary delights of different restaurants. Traveling and trying out new cuisines are some of our favorite ways to spend our time together.

Originally from Georgia, I was deeply involved in my community through various events, charity work, and leadership roles in the Boy Scouts of America, where I earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout. I moved to Kentucky and I have had the pleasure of working with Zachary Hernan State Farm since 2022, where I passionately focus on identifying insurance needs and delivering professional, informative recommendations. I take pride in meeting new people from diverse backgrounds through our community events. My commitment to community and service continues to drive my professional and personal endeavors.

I am a Montgomery, Texas resident who has dedicated over a decade of my career to working for State Farm. Alongside providing exceptional support to both the office and customers, I am passionate about giving back to the community and earning the respect of our customers. I have been married for 16-years and have two boys. My family and I enjoy traveling all over the country and enthusiastically cheering on Texas A&M football!
